About the game
Shotgun Chess is an unusual turn-based puzzle game with shooter elements! The black king was left alone on the board against everyone, but his trusty shotgun was with him! Shoot enemy pieces, avoid enemy attacks, think through every move, get to the last floor and defeat the boss. In the game you will find: - A mix of turn-based strategy mechanics and classic chess - Over 40 positive and negative ability cards - 12 Levels, the difficulty of which increases depending on the choice of cards - 6 types of enemies that have unique abilities - The choose of ability cards which determine the strategy of the game - Ability to use different tactics such as going ahead or carefully shooting from afar
How to play
The goal of the game is to go through all the floors and defeat the boss. - To complete the level, you need to destroy the enemy king and not get checkmate. - All pieces move according to the rules of classical chess. - If your king is in check or jumps into a cell under attack, it will get a checkmate and you will lose. - The game will warn you if you are trying to make a dangerous move. - Shoot enemies and move to reload. - Between levels, you need to choose one of the sets of cards with positive and negative properties. Think carefully about your choices to keep the difficulty balanced and use the maps to your advantage. Mobile controls: Click on the highlighted square - go to this square Tap on the screen in an empty place - move the sight to this point / reset the soul PC control: LMB on the highlighted square - move to this square LMB - shoot RMB - Reload/Reset Soul
