Card Soccer

About the game

The game is a battle with your opponent by placing cards on the field. Each opponent has 1 goalkeeper and 3 defenders. Before you can attack the goalkeeper, you must defeat the defenders. The game is turn-based - You can play against a computer opponent, or in player versus player mode (on the same device). - There is level progression and flexible customization of cards' design.

How to play

Tap on the screen or click with the mouse to control. When an action is required, the game is indicated by a colored box or ball in the center of the screen. Opponents draw 1 goalkeeper card and 3 defense cards each. The first turn is determined by a draw. Players take turns attacking the opponent's field. Before attacking the goalkeeper, all defenders must be beaten. The beaten cards are sent to the discard of the relevant player and are used later as the main deck. To score points, you must either score a goal by beating the goalkeeper or deplete your opponent's deck (when there are not enough cards for a mandatory action). Card precedence is from 6 to Ace, with 6 beating Ace. In case of a tie, both opponents additionally lay one card in the closed and one in the open, after which the newly opened cards are compared. One match consists of two halves. A half ends after 45 nominal minutes (+10 seconds for each card played) or when one of the opponents runs out of cards.
