Financial empire

About the game

"Financial Empire" is a game that can be called a symbol of the capitalist economy. You can play with up to 6 players or against AI. In this game, players compete for ownership of real estate, trying to create monopolies and bankrupt their rivals. The game begins with each player receiving starting capital and rolling dice, moving around the playing field, consisting of various streets, train stations, utilities. When a player lands on a free object, he can buy it, and if the object already belongs to another player, he will have to pay rent. The goal of the game is to become the richest player by bankrupting everyone else. To do this, you need to strategically develop your real estate, build houses and hotels, increasing rental income. Negotiations play an important role - real estate exchange and sale deals often determine the outcome of the game. "Financial Empire" is not just entertainment, it is a way to develop planning, negotiation and resource management skills.

How to play

The game starts with each player receiving the same amount of money. Players roll the dice in turns and move their pawns as many squares as the dice show. Each square on the board is a piece of real estate or an event. If a player lands on a free property, they can buy it, and if it is already occupied, they must pay rent. The main strategy in the "Financial Empire" is related to buying real estate, developing monopolies on groups of squares (of the same color), and building houses. The more houses you have on your properties, the more rent other players pay. In addition to buying and selling real estate, players can make deals - exchange real estate, money, or agree on some other terms. Losing in the "Financial Empire" occurs when a player has no money left to pay rent, taxes, or fines. In this case, the player is declared bankrupt. The only player left with capital wins.
